NoahBella allows you to plan your wedding or event from the comfort of your own home. We do the leg work and take all the logistics in to consideration, and offering a helping hand along the way.

We are happy to make a package bespoke to you and your needs, if you get in touch we will send you a non-obligatory quote and answer any questions you may have. 


This is a one hour consultation, if this is an initial consultation we will discuss your

  • Budget - providing a detailed breakdown to help you really understand wedding expenditure,

  • Location - discussing your ideal ceremony and venue, letting you know what is available (we may also follow up post meeting with further venue information)

  • Inspire you with ideas, themes and colour schemes to get your planning started.

This is also an opportunity to ask any questions regarding wedding planning. You will be provided with a wedding planning guide to help you through your planning journey. 

Our planning consultations are also available for specific areas of planning, for example catering - We will help you find suitable vendors and assist with any admin and logistics such as dietary requirements and timings. 

Virtual planning (via Zoom): £30.00 per hour.

Face to Face Consultation (travelling to a location of your choice): From £50.00 


This is beginning to end coordination including on the day coordination. 

Our Platinum package enables those that live in the city to have a countryside wedding without having to worry about the distance, time or logistics of planning a wedding cross country. 

  • Initial coordination meeting

  • 12 one hour consultations (locations and times to suit your schedule)

  • Venue sourcing - we visit the venues shortlist the most appropriate and present you with the options

  • Supplier sourcing - Finding the right suppliers for you and your day. We will retrieve quotes and samples from appropriate suppliers that will bring to life your vision.

  • Contract management- Reviewing contracts with suppliers, venues and caterers. Taking care of all the important paperwork.

  • Budget analysis and payment planning - Looking at your anticipated expenditure

  • Guest management - Forwarding  hotel/travel details, organising RSVP's, meal choices, dietary requirement etc.

  • Logistics management - Working out time frames of the lead up to the day as well as the actual day

  • On the day coordination - We will be on hand to provide support and help set up the day prior to the wedding, on the day we will be there to ensure the suppliers are where they need to be and to ensure the day runs smoothly. We want you to enjoy your day as much as your guests will.

  • Wedding breakdown - Whether the venue requires it the same night of your wedding or the next day, we will be there to organise the break down of the wedding to ensure you stay in your wedding bubble for as long as possible. (We will still be on the hand the day after your wedding to ensure all gifts, cards and any props provided by yourself are couriered to an address of your choice)

Platinum packages are based on 13% of total wedding budget, minimum fees apply: From £2300.00 

Monthly instalments available 


This is a helping hand to allow you to enjoy the final weeks up to your big day, and the big day itself! 

6-8 week prior to your wedding, we will have a one hour consultation at a location and time of your choice. We will then go through all of your existing details and find out if there is anything you would like to include in your big day that you haven't been able to get around to, or haven't been able to source.

We will then contact all of your suppliers and the venue to introduce ourselves and becoming their point of contact for the big day.  

We will create a thorough itinerary for the day before and day of your wedding so you know when, where and how everything is to be set up. We will be there the day before your wedding, on the day of your wedding to ensure the day runs smoothly, and to allow you to intensely immerse yourself in your wedding. We will also be there the day after your wedding to ensure all cards, gifts and any personal props you have provided will be sent via courier to an address of your choice. 

We will organise with suppliers and the venue regarding the breakdown following your wedding to allow you to remain in your wedding bubble as long as possible.

Our styling consultations are designed to not only inspire you, but to ensure your wedding looks exactly the way you want it to. 

We work with and source multiple venue stylists to ensure that you have the specific items you imagined, rather than working with one individual stylist so you don't have to compromise on any items that you had envisaged. 

We will attend a venue show around with you to discuss layout and ideas, and to receive all necessary measurements and to note where there are powerpoints.

On the morning of your wedding we will be present to assist and direct set up. We will also return post wedding to ensure all hired items and your personal items are looked after. 

One off styling consultations start from £40.00, For helping hand styling (including wedding day set up) prices start from £300.00
